In an interview with Invest:, Dominic Pickering, BTI Partners' executive director for the West Coast of Florida, emphasized the importance of Marina Pointe's Tower I in South Tampa's transformation into a luxury market. He also discussed how the influx of new residents from larger cities has driven the demand for smaller, high-quality spaces, prompting adjustments to their development plans for Tower II and Tower III. “One of the interesting things about the Tampa Bay market is that new residents have forced the area to adapt based on their demands,” Mr. Pickering said. “The more people came from larger cities, the more we saw an increased demand for smaller spaces of higher quality rather than large homes.”
