Multi-Housing News reports BTI Partners has topped off the redevelopment of the former Hollywood Bread Building site into a 25-story mixed-use tower featuring 362 luxury apartments and 16,000 square feet of retail space in downtown Hollywood, Florida. Located at 1740 S. Young Circle, the tower replaces the former 11-story Hollywood Bread Building and is situated near the ArtsPark, Art and Culture Center, and Hollywood Central Performing Arts Center in the heart of the city's downtown.
