BTI Partners announced a 16-story residential tower called Marina Pointe as part of its 52-acre Westshore Marina District development in South Tampa. The project will include 112 condominiums, seven townhomes, commercial ground-floor space, and a 150-slip marina.
Units are priced from $600,000, with penthouses starting at $1.5 million. Construction was expected to begin in 2018 with completion targeted for 2020.
