Grove Resort and Water Park completes 3rd tower in 878-room complex

The third and final tower of a 106-acre complex near Walt Disney World that includes nearly 900 condos regularly rented out as hotel rooms has been completed.

The 878-unit Grove Resort & Water Park complex’s Sterling Tower joins the Premier and Marquis towers, which opened in 2017 and 2018, respectively.

The new building adds 293 residences to the Grove Resort, a luxury vacation home complex just west of Disney’s Animal Kingdom theme park.

The two- and three-bedroom residences at Sterling have been selling from $330,000 to $595,000, according to the management company behind the complex.

So far, it has been “generating high demand from prospective buyers from all over the globe,” said Noah Breakstone, CEO of the developers BTI Partners.

The Grove also includes a water park, surfing simulation and a 6,300-square-foot game room.
