As Director of Sales for BTI Partners in Colombia, Alan Medellin oversees sales in Colombia for The Grove Resort and Water Park. Based in Bogota, Alan is responsible for the in-country sales team and the development of strategic partnerships with real estate agents and brokerage firms in the region.

Prior to joining BTI Partners, Alan handled sales for a one of Brazil’s largest developers of vacation homes in the US. He also worked for real estate development firms based in Colombia. He also owned a real estate company in Bogota. Alan has more than 10 years of experience in the real estate market. He has transacted business with buyers from all over the world, especially from the U.S. and Latin America. Over the years, he has trained more than 200 real estate agents throughout Latin America. Alan is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.

Alan graduated from Florida International University with a bachelor degree in Business Administration and management.
