As Chief Financial Officer of BTI Partners, Craig Kaempfer draws on over 20 years of experience in financial management and leadership. He is responsible for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all financial related activities of the organization. This includes managing the treasury, accounting, reporting and tax compliance functions, as well as the administrative, information technology, and risk management operations of the Company.

Prior to joining BTI Partners in 2020, Mr. Kaempfer served as Vice President of Accounting and Finance for Caribbean Property Group (CPG). CPG is a leading US based private equity real estate investment company with dedicated focus in Latin America and the Caribbean. CPG has invested more than $1.0 billion of capital in over $5.0 billion of transactions through various sponsored ventures, including a discretionary institutional real estate fund and stand-alone investment partnerships on behalf of real estate investment advisors, hedge funds, family offices and high net worth individuals. Mr. Kaempfer was responsible for all accounting, reporting, tax compliance and treasury functions for CPG’s investments as well as managing private equity, investor and lender relationships.

Mr. Kaempfer started his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young LLP where he provided audit services to a wide range of national and international public and private corporate clients.

Mr. Kaempfer is a Certified Public Accountant. He graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in accounting and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in finance.
