As Director of Finance of BTI Partners, Helen Ashford focuses on all financial and strategic development initiatives at BTI. She plays an active role in all financial management functions throughout the life of the projects, including private and institutional capital. She has over 15 years of experience in finance, fundraising and financial planning.

Prior to joining BTI Partners, Helen worked for Fortune 500 companies, top developers, U.S. pharmaceutical companies and more. Her previous real estate experience includes working for international developer Chateau Group as Head of Finance and working on projects such as the ultra-luxury FENDI Chateau Residences in Miami and the iconic Ritz-Carlton Sunny Isles. Helen has extensive international experience in managing Americas markets, with $1.3 billion revenue responsibilities within 47 countries.

Helen has an MBA and a Bachelor of International Business from Universidad Externado de Colombia.
