As Director of Sales Operations for BTI Partners, Jasmine helps manage both international and domestic sales teams for each project and establishes the processes that allows the sales teams to forecast, manage KPIs and achieve sales goals.
Prior to joining BTI, Jasmine supported sales and marketing on a global scale, working with Hilton and Wyndham Worldwide for over 15 years and brings a wealth of operational sales management and training experience to ensure that BTI Partners projects at The Grove Resort & Waterpark and Marina Pointe sales track at or ahead of projections.
