As Director of Acquisitions of BTI Partners, Josh is focused on sourcing new deals across asset classes in the Southeastern U.S. and Texas. He seeks opportunistic real estate investments, value-add opportunities and equity or debt investments in multiple asset classes.

Prior to joining BTI Partners, Josh co-founded Credijusto, a Mexico City-based lending platform, which provides real estate backed debt to businesses throughout Mexico. Josh’s experience includes acquisitions, product development and litigation management for a California based tech company, investment management and underwriting for a real estate focused hedge fund, and acquisition underwriting for an aviation Hedge Fund.

Josh graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Economics from Tufts University.
