As Chief Investment Officer of BTI Partners, Justin Onorato develops and executes real estate investment strategies for BTI’s master-planned communities across Florida and the Southeastern US. Justin manages the firm’s acquisitions and dispositions and his responsibilities include identifying land sites, valuation underwriting, due diligence, purchase and sale negotiations.

Prior to joining BTI Partners, Justin held several leadership positions with some of the largest real estate companies in the United States, including a publicly-traded national homebuilder; a real estate investment trust; and a privately-owned global real estate development group focused on condominium and multifamily projects. In his various roles, he led the financial analysis for the issuance of public bonds, equities and M&A activity in excess of $2 billion. He also oversaw the delivery of more than 1,200 newly constructed luxury condominiums in South Florida, which included ensuring purchaser closings and timely repayment of project construction financing.

Justin has worked with most asset classes, successfully closing more than $2.5 billion of commercial, mixed-use, residential and land real estate transactions, including $700 million of shopping centers; $300 million of land and $1.5 billion of residential condo units.

Justin attended Florida International University and graduated with a Bachelor of Accounting in 2006.
