As Director of Sales in Brazil for BTI Partners’ The Grove Resort and Water Park, Rodolfo Milanez oversees sales for The Grove. Based in São Paulo, Rodolfo is responsible for the in-country sales team and the development and management of strategic partnerships with Brazil’s most important real estate brokerage firms. He also leads marketing initiatives to generate sales in Brazil and provides support to prospective buyers to help them navigate the process of acquiring a vacation home in the United States.

Prior to joining BTI Partners, Rodolfo oversaw sales for a a United States-based luxury real estate developer Rodolfo has been doing business in Brazil for over 15 years.

Rodolfo graduated from Fundação Getulio Vargas with a Master’s degree in Sales Management.
