Jacksonville Daily Record reports that BTI Partners is advancing plans for the initial phase of Governors Park, a 3,300-acre master-planned community in Clay County, Florida. This first phase, dubbed Governors Park South, will be located in Green Cove Springs and will feature 401 single-family homes spread across 235 acres, with 156 acres dedicated to residential lots.
The development will include various amenities and will be bisected by the future Green Cove Springs Bypass, which will start at U.S. 17 and cross the First Coast Expressway. Situated approximately 0.7 miles south of the First Coast Expressway at County Road 15A, Governors Park South marks the beginning of a significant new residential project in the area.
