Developer BTI Partners has submitted plans to build twin 35-story towers on property it owns at Hollywood Circle.
Each tower will top off at 415 feet above ground, plans show.
The project is planned to include:

A pedestrian bridge will run between the two towers.
The total project cost is estimated at $400 million, with two separate phases at $200 million each.
The first phase will be completed in 36 months, while the second phase will be completed in 60 months, project documents state.
