Marina Pointe has selected Coastal Construction Company as the General Contractor for pre-construction planning of the luxury condominium development’s next phases, Tampa Bay Business Journal reports. Construction of Marina Pointe's Second Tower, featuring 151 luxury condos, will commence later this year.
