Bainbridge Companies acquired a 12-acre waterfront parcel in Tampa’s Westshore Marina District for $13.2 million to develop 345 luxury rental apartments.
This transaction represents the final third-party land sale by BTI Partners, the master developer, as the firm proceeds with its own 16-story condominium tower. The broader 52-acre district project is valued at approximately $600 million upon completion.
