After over a decade in development, BTI Partners unveiled plans for the $600 million Westshore Marina District on Tampa’s waterfront near the Gandy Bridge.
The flagship Marina Pointe tower will feature 112 condos and 7 townhomes priced from $600,000 to $1.5+ million, complete with luxury amenities. Related Groups and WCI Communities are simultaneously developing residential units on adjacent parcels.
