BTI Partners completed another significant land transaction within its Westshore Marina District development, selling 12 acres to Bainbridge Cos. for $13.2 million. The buyer plans to construct 351 upscale apartments on the property.
This sale represents the 32nd acre committed or sold in 2017 within the 54-acre master-planned project and brings total transaction volume to $40 million.
