South Tampa is preparing to welcome the region’s largest new deep-water marina. Real estate firm BTI Partners has commenced construction of a 150-slip facility designed to accommodate vessels ranging from 40 to over 100 feet.
The marina serves as the centerpiece of the 52-acre Westshore Marina District, a mixed-use development positioned on Old Tampa Bay. The waterfront community will integrate luxury condominiums, dining establishments, retail shops, and exclusive yacht sales showrooms.
