A wine shop and restaurant franchise has secured 2,400 square feet of space within the 52-acre mixed-use development at the intersection of Westshore and Gandy boulevards. The establishment will offer wine by the glass, cocktails, from-scratch dishes and cheese and charcuterie boards.
Owner Jennifer Bingham stated that every neighborhood deserves a local respite where locals can escape and center themselves over good company, great atmosphere, and serious food and wine. The venture joins other retailers recently committed to the district, including an urban grocer, spa, salon, coffee shop, and juice bar.
