WCI Communities purchased 2.35 acres for $2.5 million in the Westshore Marina District, a 52-acre mixed-use development by BTI Partners. The homebuilder plans to construct 35 three-story townhouses.
The larger vision includes up to 1,750 residential units, a 200-room hotel, retail, restaurants and office space, plus a 14-acre marina basin—described as the largest in the area.
