Miami company closes on $11.81 million deal for prime tract on Tampa end of Gandy Bridge

Related Group, a Miami developer, purchased an 8.5-acre waterfront parcel for $11.81 million at the Tampa terminus of Gandy Bridge. The property is part of the 52-acre Westshore Marina District master-planned community developed by BTI Partners.

Related Group announced plans to construct a 396-unit luxury apartment complex, with construction expected to begin in February 2018 and leasing to commence in August 2018.
