Miami-based Related Group finalized a $11.81 million acquisition of an 8.5-acre parcel within the Westshore Marina District’s 52-acre development.
The purchase represents the first of many diverse offerings for this mixed-use waterfront community, with plans for 396 luxury apartments to begin construction in February 2018. Master developer BTI Partners envisions the broader district incorporating residential units, hotel accommodations, retail spaces, and marina facilities.
