The Westshore Marina District achieved significant occupancy milestones in March when the first residents moved into the Related Group’s luxury apartment tower and Bainbridge at Westshore Marina luxury apartments. Related leased over 70 units while Bainbridge secured more than 45 leases.
Developer WCI also advanced its townhome projects, selling five units in Inlet Park’s initial phase. Meanwhile, Marina Pointe’s condominium tower has 40 condos in the first 120-unit tower under contract averaging $1.25 million per unit. Retail development follows with 70,000 square feet planned.
