Multi-Housing News reports that BTI Partners has topped off the redevelopment of the former Hollywood Bread Building site into a 25-story mixed-use tower featuring 362 luxury apartments and 16,000 square feet of retail space in downtown Hollywood, Florida.
The development at 1740 S. Young Circle replaces an 11-story predecessor structure and occupies a location near prominent cultural venues including the ArtsPark and Art and Culture Center.
