MultifamilyBiz reports that Stantec, an interior design company, has been chosen to spearhead the interior design for the 362-unit Hollywood Bread Building residential development in Hollywood, Florida. This project, led by BTI Partners, aims to transform the site of the former Hollywood Bread Building into a luxurious apartment high-rise.

Stantec’s design concept pays homage to the building’s historic significance while infusing modern elements, seamlessly blending industrial aesthetics with contemporary amenities such as retail spaces, restaurants, and an expansive amenity deck. Spanning 15,000 square feet, the interiors of the 26-story tower will feature materials like walnut wood, concrete, and emerald accents, creating a sophisticated ambiance. Additionally, sustainable features such as energy-efficient lighting will be integrated into the amenity spaces, including a fitness center, lounges, and pool deck.
