BTI Partners, a Fort Lauderdale-based developer, has finalized a $92 million construction loan from Bank OZK for the initial phase of Marina Pointe, closing the deal on December 23. The first tower comprises 17 stories with 120 condos, 78 marina slips, and approximately 32,000 square feet of retail space within the Westshore Marina District.

The 52-acre mixed-use waterfront development, located south of the Gandy and Westshore intersection, is being developed jointly by BTI Partners and Connecticut-based Westford Capital Partners. Residents are expected to occupy the first tower in 2022, with condos ranging from 1,750 to over 4,500 square feet.
