BTI Partners completed an $11.8 million land sale to Related Group involving an 8.5-acre bayfront property in Tampa. The transaction took nearly two years to finalize due to complexities surrounding the community development district’s infrastructure bonds and coordination with municipal authorities.
The site will be developed as the Westshore Marina District with approximately 400 luxury rental apartments planned.
