Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that Marina Pointe has selected Coastal Construction Company as the General Contractor for pre-construction planning of the luxury condominium development’s next phases. Construction of Marina Pointe’s Second Tower, featuring 151 luxury condos, will commence later this year.
The development occupies a private peninsula on Tampa Bay and serves as the centerpiece of the 52-acre Westshore Marina District. Amenities for residents include exclusive marina access, concierge services, fitness facilities, pools, entertainment venues, and recreational equipment. The broader district provides shopping, dining, trails, boating, and water sports opportunities.
